After completing his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Mannheim, Leonard gained experience in M&A, management consulting and a fintech scale-up. He then went on to pursue a Master in Management and Innovation jointly at HEC Paris and TUM. At PAWAO, Leonard supports the investment process, starting with identifying promising startups, meeting their founders, and actively participating in the due diligence.

Leonard is passionate about sailing and surfing, which he tries to squeeze into his free time whenever possible.

He enthusiastically seeks to connect with as many founders as possible in the German and French ecosystems to learn from them and discover the most recent trends.
