Founded in 2022, FlashFix operates in Berlin and Munich and has quickly built a professional, tech-enabled infrastructure. Digital booking, maintenance history, and smart spare part suggestions ensure a seamless customer experience.

The hybrid B2B and B2C model enables season-independent revenue streams. FlashFix supports enterprise clients like Lieferando with efficient, data-driven fleet maintenance—unlocking a strong and profitable business case at scale.
