Carla holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mannheim, with international terms in the US, Singapore, and Brazil. She gained experience in consulting, venture investing, and an automotive scale-up before pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at Copenhagen Business School.

At PAWAO, Carla supports the investment process by identifying promising startups, meeting their founders, and conducting due diligence.

In her free time, Carla enjoys being outdoors and exploring the art world. She is deeply enthusiastic about venture capital, inspired by connecting with founders, and driven by the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
